The Excursions

Gargano, in particular Vieste, is now the destination for millions of tourists who come from all over the world to admire the beauty of its nature.

Vieste offers trips by sea, along the Gargano coast, to famous marine caves of extraordinary beauty which is totally breathtaking.
In fact, apart from the particular indented coast rich in inlets of pinewoods you can admire numbers of caves which have their own names and characteristics each.

In addition, from the port of Vieste it is possible to reach Tremiti Isles by catamaran which takes only 50 minutes or you can hire small boats (rubber dinghy).
Every day the hotel organizes a trip to marine caves on customer’s request.

As an alternative to the sea and for those who love nature it is possible to go on a trip to Foresta Umbra which permits to change hot air of the beaches into the fresh almost mountainous air.
From Foresta Umbra you can arrive to Monte Sant’Angelo to visit the evocative Grotte S. Michele and taste typical local products.

It takes only 20 minutes from Monte Sant’Angelo to arrive to San Giovanni Rotondo, the place which is now a famous destination for millions of pilgrims who visit the San Pio of Pietrelcina sanctuary.
